SlabShot provides AI-generated grading estimates for sports and trading cards. These estimates are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee that any grade provided by SlabShot will match the grade issued by PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, or any other professional grading service. Actual grades issued by third-party grading companies depend on factors that cannot be fully assessed from a digital scan, including but not limited to print defects, surface wear, and centering measured under controlled conditions.
SlabShot may display comparable sales ("comps") and suggested pricing pulled from third-party marketplaces such as eBay. This data is provided as a reference only and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing data, and we make no representation that any card will sell for the amounts displayed.
Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and independently verifying pricing before listing, buying, selling, trading, or making any financial decision related to a card.
You agree that any decision to list, sell, purchase, or value a card based on information provided by SlabShot is made entirely at your own risk. SlabShot is a tool to assist you — not a substitute for professional appraisal, authentication, or grading services.
SlabShot Pro is offered as a recurring subscription with a free trial period. After the trial, your subscription will renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Ice Collectibles LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost sales, or inaccurate grading or pricing estimates — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
"SlabShot" and all associated branding, software, and content are the property of Home Ice Collectibles LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the Service without written permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
